Businesses may be at a new stage of their development – perhaps they are just starting out, have been through a period of great change, have grown at an extraordinary rate, or have been part of a merger – and want to review or develop their strategy.
The aim of this Strategic Leadership workshop is to develop the strategic thinking capability of the team. We will introduce a model for strategic thinking and learn how to apply it practically. Where a corporate vision already exists we will help the team translate this vision into a strategy for their own areas.
We will also help people understand the critical importance of their role as a leader in the context of strategic direction. It will continue to build on self-awareness as a leader, personal leadership style and how to develop and present oneself as a leader.
