Resilience - Managing Stress and Caring for Yourself


In an ever changing world with conflicting priorities and time pressures it is sometimes difficult to stay focused and do all that needs to be done. In this workshop we will help you build your resilience to stress and pressure, helping you to become more effective.

We will look at how stress and anxiety are common features in everyday life and how they can detrimentally impact and erode your confidence and performance. You will learn what stress looks and feels like and how it impacts you personally and how you act and respond to it. You will gain an appreciation of how working with stress might increase your resilience and enhance your wellbeing, health and performance.
